How a Wine Is Made: Red, White, Rosé
Follow the grape all the way to the wine: what decides its colour (when the grapes are pressed, what the skins give), then the two fermentations and the ageing. By the end you will be able to put the cellar sequence of a red, a white and a rosé in the right order.
