Château
Château Ferrière
A third growth of 1855 in the Margaux appellation, in the village of Margaux, Ferrière was long the smallest classified growth of the appellation, with about eight hectares under vine, before expanding over recent decades to around twenty-four hectares today. Long leased to a neighbour and all but absent from the market, it has had its own production again, and biodynamic viticulture, since the 1990s.
