Château Kirwan
A third growth of 1855 in the Margaux appellation, in the commune of Cantenac, Kirwan bears the name of Mark Kirwan, an Irish merchant who married the estate's heiress in the eighteenth century. Its landscaped park and rose gardens are one of the few ornamental gardens kept up among the classified growths.
