Margaux

A second growth of 1855 in the Margaux appellation, in the commune of Cantenac, Brane-Cantenac sits on a plateau of sandy gravel that bears its name. The name comes from Baron Hector de Brane, called 'the Napoleon of the vines', who had previously owned and sold the estate that became Mouton.
