Château Léoville Poyferré

Saint-Julien

A second growth of 1855 in Saint-Julien, Léoville Poyferré is one of the three parts into which the great Léoville estate — the largest in the Médoc before the Revolution — was broken up. Its wines are held to be the fleshiest and most richly fruited of the three Léovilles.
