Château Batailley
A fifth growth of 1855 in Pauillac, Batailley lies in the west of the commune, set back from the estuary at the edge of the forest. Its name refers to a battle of the Hundred Years' War fought on this land; the estate was divided in 1942, creating Haut-Batailley.
