Château Bellefont-Belcier
Classified a Grand Cru Classé in the 2022 Saint-Émilion classification, Château Bellefont-Belcier farms about 14 hectares of red and brown clay over limestone, planted to Merlot (72%), Cabernet Franc (17%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (11%). The estate has kept a circular nineteenth-century vat house built into the hillside for gravity-fed reception of the harvest.
